KDX 200 / 220

KDX/KX Steering Stem Mods

We press out the KDX and KX stems and then do the necessary machine work to the KDX

stem. Depending on the year of your KDX, the KDX stem will need to be knurled to fit the KX

lower T-clamp, or the KDX stem needs to be machined down to allow the lower bearing to seat

properly on the lower T-clamp. We can install a new lower bearing (supplied by you) if you send

it with your parts to be modified. Prices are as follows;

$25.00 = Remove Steering Stems and Re-install KDX Stem into KX Lower T-clamp

$25.00 = KDX to KX Upper T-clamp Spacer/Bushing /with stem swap price

$25.00 = Return Shipping and Handling and Insurance, via Priority Mail

AXLE KIT - KDX WHEEL ASSEMBLY to fit 1999 ~ 2003 KX 125/250 forks only

$95.00 = Modify your stock KDX axle and supply necessary nut/bushing and wheel spacer,

for 1999 ~ 2003 KX forks only. (e-mail for information)

We can install a (your) new lower bearing if you send it with your parts to be modified.
