Cylinder Sleeving

Sleeves are precision fit to your cylinder with all ports blended to original port timing. Cylinders are then precision bored and finish honed to very exacting tolerances, ports are also chamfered for long piston and ring life.

Please note, we do not sleeve all cylinders

Cylinders; Need to be received completely dissembled and in clean condition. Remove Power Valves, Reeds, Studs and all gasket material. There will be a $25.00 for disassemble and we will not be responsible for and lost or damaged parts.

2 Stroke disassembling and re-assembling service; Includes R&R and de-carbon Power Valves (also re-fit to sleeve). General cleaning and R&R Studs. $45.00

Ported Cylinders; Race ported cylinders will be charged an additional $40.00 min. and up to maintain maximum performance of existing port job.
